| Participants will learn how to organize and run Kaizen Events within their organization. Understand roles of Facilitator, Event Team Leader, and Team Members. Understand principles of selecting correct area and focus for event. Develop understanding of using Plan Do Check Act in the context of Kaizen Events. Discuss previous events and lessons learned from HIDEC members who have run and participated in Kaizen Events in the past. Led by Kleve Kee from OMEP. |
