| Series IV: Toyota’s Human Resources Systems – Learn and understand how Toyota’s Human Resources Systems are integral to its overall organizational effectiveness. Also understand how Human Resources implement “Lean Principles” in their areas.
Course Content includes:
Toyota’s Workforce Management & Selection Process:
o Workforce Planning from an organizational perspective
o Determining Competencies for key positions using Job Analysis
o Utilizing Behavior Based Assessments for hiring and promotions
o ”Behavior Based” Interviewing Process
o Implementing an effective On-Boarding Process
- HR’s Role in Lean:
o Designing and implementing policies and practices to support lean
o Understanding Toyota’s Performance Evaluation and Compensation strategies
o Implementing Community Involvement Activities
o Designing and implementing effective & partnering Safety strategies
o Designing your organization to implement the four roles of HR: Team Member Advocate, Business Partner, Strategic Planning and Administrative Expert
