Description: This Visual Control Workshop is a discussion based workshop with a combination of training, real world example reviews, and team based exercises. Whether working on the production floor or in the office, visual controls aid the lean process by communicating in a simple, straightforward manner. Applying visuals to all aspects of your lean implementation will assist in developing sustainable lean improvements. Learning to replace textual and numeric data with carefully designed graphical displays whose meaning can be understood at a glance is vital to any lean implementation; and creates a much better environment for effective communication.
