HiDEC’s newest member is not wasting any time getting involved.

Cascade Healthcare will host a visual controls kaizen event at their facility in Redmond on July 21 from 8:00 – 4:00. 

The event will focus on inventory control in the operating room using visual controls.

This is sure to be an interesting event.  Be aware that participants will be working around patients and will be required to sign HIPAA releases.
