Lean applies equally well to office operations as the manufacturing floor. This discussion based workshop teaches participants how to apply lean concepts to reduce non value added activities in an admin and/or office environment. Simulations and exercises will demonstrate the benefits of implementing lean in the office. Real life examples will be shared and discussed.
